KX Pilates describes itself as a “modern evolution of Pilates”, offering traditional Reformer Pilates principles combined with more progressive training techniques. KX’s workouts are full body and can be adapted to all levels. Sessions are 50 minutes and are based around the Japanese philosophy of ‘Kaizen’, which means ‘change for the better’. Class types are built to cater to all levels, with Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes.
